Return Policy for BubsyCarenie

At BubsyCarenie, we are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges in accordance with the terms outlined below. Please take a moment to review our Return Policy to understand the process and your rights.
1. General Return Guidelines
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure the following conditions are met to qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (such as the order number or receipt) must be provided.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or may incur a restocking fee at our discretion.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Gift cards.
- Health and hygiene products (such as opened beauty or skincare products).
- Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated).

3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow these steps:

Initiate the Return Request:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing our customer service team at info@bubsycarenie.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. -
Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item. Please note that returns without RA numbers will not be accepted. -
Pack the Item:
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Write the RA number on the outside of the package. -
Ship the Item:
Send the return package to the address provided in your RA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received by us. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item).
4. Refunds and Processing Times
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note the following:
- Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10-14 business days to process after we receive the returned item.
- Refund Amount: You will receive a refund for the price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees, handling charges, or taxes. If you received free shipping and return a part of the order that made the total qualifying for free shipping, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Partial Refunds: If the item is not returned in its original condition (e.g., missing tags or damaged), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or charge a restocking fee.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. To return your item, please follow the steps outlined above. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we will provide a pre-paid return label and offer you a full refund or exchange. To report a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Send an email to info@bubsycarenie.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item (if applicable).
- Return Authorization: Once we have verified the issue, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us at no cost to you.
7. International Returns
For international orders, we accept returns under the same conditions as domestic orders. However, please be aware of the following:
- Return Shipping Costs: International customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
- Customs Duties and Taxes: Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on return duties.
8. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, you must follow the standard return process. To return a gift, you will need the order number or gift receipt. Refunds for gifts will be issued in the form of a store credit to your account.
